The nose is fine, relatively fresh, suave and powerful. It reveals notes of cassis cream and wild black berries associated with slight hints of morello cherry, red berries as well as slight notes of spices, Sichuan pepper, Ceylan tea, garrigue and small notes of chocolate. The palate is fruity, juicy, gourmand and offers a beautiful acid frame, a slight minerality, a beautiful definition, smooth, suavity as well as a beautiful finesse. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, blueberry juice and slight notes of Gariguette strawberry associated with hints of Bigarreau cherry as well as slight notes of chocolate, liquorice and caramelized oak. Tannins are very slightly dry. Good length.
