The nose is fine, elegant, silky and offers a slight concentration. It reveals notes of cherry jam, redcurrant and slight notes of plum associated with hints of minerality as well as a discreet empyreumatic hint. The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, straight, nicely defined (like lace!), elegant and offers tension, a beautiful fat, an acid frame as well as roundness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of redcurrant cream, cherry and slight notes of blueberry, raspberry associated with hints of chocolate, toasted oak, vanilla as well as a slight note of soft caramel. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
