The nose is fruity, elegant, gourmand and relatively complex. It reveals notes of red fruits, plum and chocolate associated with discreet hints of flowers, toasted oak/vanilla as well as an imperceptible hint of caramelization. The palate is fruity, mineral, gourmand, silky, well-balanced, nicely built, racy and offers a slight smooth, a good definition, a small aerial side, a beautiful fat as well as an acid frame. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cherry, blueberry and slight hints of plum, black cherry associated with woody hints, discreet hints of chocolate, a slight hint of spices as well as a hint of caramelization and earth (very discreet). Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length. There is a very discreet hint of pepper and dark chocolate on the persistence.
