The nose is fruity, elegant, gourmand and relatively full. It reveals notes of ripe cherry, crushed raspberry and discreet hint of plum associated with a very discreet hint of hawthorn, zan as well as an imperceptible hint of tea. The palate is fruity, fine, sleek, mineral, silky, quite elegant and offers a beautiful suavity, smooth and a very beautiful fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry jelly, cassis jam and slight notes of cherry, small red berries associated with a touch of blueberry, liquorice as well as slight/discreet hint of tobacco and cardamom. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length. There is a very discreet vegetal hint and a hint of dark chocolate on the persistence.
