The nose is fruity, slight and relatively powerful. It reveals notes of red cherry, crushed raspberry and a hint of wild strawberry associated with a hint of cassis, zan as well as a discreet woody hint and slight notes of minerality. The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, racy, nicely elegant and offers a beautiful finesse, tension, a beautiful definition as well as a beautiful roundness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cherry jam, raspberry and small berries associated with hint of cassis as well as slight woody notes, notes of liquorice (discreet) and discreet touch of caramelization. Tannins are fine, slightly dusty and young. There is suavity on the finish. Good length and persistence.
