The nose reveals notes of crushed cherry, red plum, red earth and slight hints of oak associated with hints of pepper, raspberry, slight touches of peat as well as a discreet hint of spice (Sichuan pepper …), smoke and an imperceptible hint of flowers. The mouth is aromatic, fine, fluid, gourmand, well balanced, slightly fleshy and offers a fine minerality, finesse, freshness and a slight fat. On the palate this Whiskey expresses notes of red fruits (raspberry, cherry) and slight notes of compoted peach, cassis associated with slight hints of vanilla/oak as well as touches of peat and a discreet hint of gray pepper / spices.
