The nose is aromatic and quite elegant. It reveals notes of boysenberry and slight notes of cassis, plum associated with a discreet hint of crushed strawberry as well as a discreet hint of spices, liquorice and an imperceptible hint of violet. The palate is fruity, mineral, silky, quite elegant, well-defined and offers a mineral frame, a slight acidity, a beautiful expression as well as a slight tension. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and slight notes of plum jam, crushed raspberry associated with a hint of liquorice, toasted as well as a discreet hint of sweet spices. Good length. The finish is suave/gourmande and offers very slight notes of caramelization, hazelnut and dark chocolate.
