The nose is fruity and relatively intense. It reveals notes of flowers (iris, violet), crushed blackberry, Quetsche plum and blueberry associated with slight notes of chocolate, nutmeg (discreet) and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, silky and offers a beautiful fat and suavity. Nice palate! This wine expresses notes of blackberry jam, black cherry and blueberry associated with discreet hints of red fruits, a very discreet hint of flowers as well as slight touch of zan. Tannins are slightly dry/over-extracted. Good length.
