The nose is fine and relatively concentrated. It reveals notes of boysenberry and cassis associated with slight hints of blueberry, flint, crunchy strawberry as well as hints of spices and a discreet hint of black pepper. The mouth is fruity, fine, sleek, suave and offers roundness, a good definition, a beautiful texture, a beautiful fat, a slight juiciness, a certain complexity as well as a beautiful expression. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry cream, juicy blueberry and slight notes of plum, crunchy strawberry associated with a slight touch of dark chocolate/cacao, toasted oak as well as a discreet hint of black olive, sweet spices/vanilla and a discreet hint of caramelization. Tannins are a bit dry and young. Good length.
