The nose is fruity, fine and quite elegant. It reveals notes of cassis cream and blackberry associated with hints of plum, mocha, slight notes of expresso as well as discreet notes of spices and a very discreet hint of gray pepper. The palate is fruity, sleek, mineral, smooth, well-built and offers a fresh frame, a slight acidity, fat and suavity. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry cream, raspberry, plum and a hint of blueberry associated with slight notes of chocolate/mocha, slight notes of toasted oak and cardamom as well as a slight hint of coffee. Good length and persistence. A nice wine, gourmand and elegant. Good job!
