The nose is aromatic, powerful and relatively fruity and offers a slight freshness. It reveals notes of cassis cream and slight notes of small wild berries associated with hints of wild berries, blackberry, chocolate truffle, Sichuan pepper as well as a hint of oak and zan. The palate is fruity, fine, sleek, mineral, well-built and offers a nice silky matter, an acid frame, a slight freshness as well as fat. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cassis and fleshy Guarigette strawberry associated with hints of dark chocolate, liquorice, a hint of tobacco as well as a discreet note of olive/grove and discreet touch of oak. Tannins are well-built. Good length. There are slight notes of dark chocolate on the persistence. A nice, gourmand, fruity and suave wine.
