The nose is fruity, relatively powerful and racy (hardness from Cabernet). It reveals notes of blackberry, boysenberry and fine touches of wild fruits associated with discreet touches of truffles, a hint of cocoa, wood and a discreet touch of coconut. The palate is fruity, gourmand, relatively elegant, sleek, tight and offers a silky matter as well as a small fresh frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black fruits, cassis and blackberry associated with discreet touches of wild strawberry, a fine hint of sour cherry as well as a fine touch of plum, small notes of chocolate and oak. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
