The palate is fruity, fine, elegant, racy, round, suave, well-balanced, aerial and offers an acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of peach in syrup, nectarine and crunchy apple associated with slight notes of candied mandarin, discreet notes of candied lemon as well as touches of exotic fruits, kumquat, honey and discreet notes of spices / almond. Good length and persistence.
