The nose is fruity, fine, a bit powerful and a bit gourmand. It reveals notes of dried fruit and fine notes of plum associated with a hint of candied kumquat, molasses and caramel. The palate is fruity, fine, relatively elegant, well-balanced and offers a silky matter. In mouth this Rum expresses notes of candied kumquat and candied quince associated with slight notes of quenette, caramel as well as discreet hints of cedar wood, discreet notes of spices and a hint of tobacco. Good length.
