Angostura 7 – Premium Rum – Aged Seven Years – Trinidad & Tobago

The nose is fruity, fine and relatively gourmand. It reveals notes of raisin and fine notes of dried yellow plum associated with discreet notes of candied citrus, a fine touch of caramel, cocoa, spices as well as a discreet note of licorice and honey. The palate is fruity, gourmand, suave, well-balanced, well-built and offers a fine and dynamic acid frame. In the mouth this Rum expresses notes of raisin and dried yellow plum associated with slight notes of candied lemon, pâtisserie, caramel as well as a discreet note of cardamom, cocoa, coffee and slight / discreet spicy notes. Good length. This Rum is nicely gourmand !
