The nose is fruity, slightly gourmand and slightly rich. It reveals notes of blackberry and cassis associated discreet notes of raspberry jam as well as slight notes of spices, smoke and oak. The mouth is nicely fruity, elegant, fine and offers gourmandise, a nice freshness, harmony as well as a nice acidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry and fleshy / crunchy strawberry associated with slight notes of licorice, chocolate, juicy cassis, tobacco as well as discreet spicy notes. Tannins are fine and well done. Good length.
