The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of leather, earth, discreet notes of red fruit and blackberry associated with slight notes of minty licorice as well as slight notes of spice, pepper (discreet) and oak. The palate is fruity, quite gourmand, voluminous, relatively fat and offers an acid frame and juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy strawberry, cherry, raspberry jam, fine notes of blackberry and plum associated with slight touches of liquorice, small red berries as well as discreet woody notes, sweet spices and a discreet hint of black olive.
