The nose is aromatic, fine and elegant. It reveals notes of blueberry jam and plum associated with a hint of blackberry cream, a touch of Zan as well as a hint of blond tobacco and a discreet touch of Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, mineral, elegant, well-conducted, relatively aerial and offers freshness, tension and a silky matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry jam, fresh plum and a touch of cassis associated with a discreet note of red berries, a touch of Zan as well as small hints of sweet spices and wood. Tannins are fine and well built. Good length and persistence with slight notes of coffee. The finish is relatively suave.
