The nose is fruity, gourmand, fine and elegant. It reveals notes of passion fruit and ripe yellow peach associated with a touch of apple. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers minerality, freshness, tension, a good definition, suavity, a slight acidity as well as a beautiful and unctuous matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of passion fruit, quenette and slight notes of citrus (tangerine, orange) associated with a discreet hint of Granny Smith apple as well as slight toasted notes on the finish / persistence. Good length and aromatic persistence.
