La Perle de Peyrous 2015 – Graves

The nose is aromatic, gourmand and quite elegant. It reveals notes of passion fruit associated with a hint of peach and slight notes of citrus as well as slight notes of minerality (flint), smoked oak and toasted bread. The palate is fruity, gourmand, quite elegant and offers precision, freshness, minerality, tension, an acid frame (in the background), a good definition and a beautiful matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of passion fruit, quenette and slight notes of nectarine associated with fine touches of citrus as well as a discreet hint of apple and lime zest. Good length and persistence. The finish is suave.
