The nose is fruity, gourmand, relatively intense and offers a small concentration. It reveals notes of blackberry and cassis associated with fine touches of coffee, Zan as well as discreet woody notes. The palate is fruity, silky, gourmand, balanced, tight, relatively sleek and offers a small tension, dephtness as well as a beautiful silky matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of cassis, blackberry and slight notes of plum associated with slight notes of Zan, tobacco, cloves and a discreet hint of oak (in the background) and a discreet touch of caramel. Tannins are fine, ripe (for an EnPrimeur wine)) and a bit firm. Good length.
