(Pinot Noir 50%, Chardonnay 50%) The nose is very fine, delicate, subtle, and offers a small creaminess sensation. It reveals notes of lemon cream, mandarin and red fruit (especially raspberries) associated with slight touches of peach as well as a discreet note of pâtisserie and crushed almonds. The palate is fruity, fine, elegant, creamy, delicate, suave, ample, gourmand and offers an acid frame and a beautiful volume. The effervescence is creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon and grapefruit associated with a touch of tangerine, nectarine, a slight note of lime as well as discreet touches of cherry and slight hints of macadamia nuts on the finish. Good length and persistence. The finish is suave.
