The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of lemon, lemon zest and slight notes of quenette, pear and pineapple associated with slight notes of praline and speculos. The palate is fruity, elegant, harmonious, relatively fat and offers a small freshness and a small tension. The effervescence is fine, elegant and relatively creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of mandarin, lemon and slight notes of pineapple associated with slight notes of pear, tropical fruit as well as a discreet note of green apple and a discreet note of biscuit. Good length.
