The nose is fine and relatively aromatic. It reveals notes of quince and mirabelle plum associated with a hint of physalis, slight touches of citrus as well as discreet notes of spices and wood. The palate is fruity, gourmand, racy, well-balanced and offers suavity, freshness and good matter. On the palate this wine expresses notes of peach compote, pear and slight notes of physalis associated with discreet notes of lemon / mandarin as well as a slight touch of kumquat and slight hints of butter on the finish / in the background.
