Domaine Fougeray de Beauclair – Les Meix 2014 – Puligny Montrachet

The nose is fruity, elegant, racy, straight and quite intensity / powerful. It reveals notes of mirabelle plum and small yellow stone fruits associated touches of peach, citrus as well as slight notes of dried fruit / muesli / almond and a discreet toasted note. The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, suave, well-balanced, racy, relatively aerial, quite straight and offers minerality and a small smoothness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of small yellow fruit, yellow peach and slight notes of citrus associated with touches of quenette / exotic fruits as well as slight notes of vanilla on the finish. Good length.
