The palate is fruity, gourmand, elegant, straight, racy, quite aerial, relatively fat and offers a mineral frame, suavity and a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon, mirabelle plum and slight notes of tangerine associated with slight notes of apricot, red apple, stone fruits as well as a discreet touch of beeswax / hazelnut and a woody touch.
