The nose is complex and elegant. It reveals notes of quince associated with a touch of beeswax, physalis as well as a hint of sweet spices and flowers (acacia flowers and honeysuckle). The palate is fruity, relatively gourmand, relatively fat and offers of a nice volume, suavity, a good structure and a nice fresh frame. The attack is frank. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, mirabelle plum and small notes of minerality associated with hints of lemon, a discreet hint of clementine as well as small notes of nectarine. Good length. Freshness on the finish.
