The nose is fruity, elegant, powerful, quite intense enough and relatively young. It reveals notes of Zante currant, date, honey, candied citrus and oriental pâtisserie associated with slight notes of tobacco, candied orange zest as well as a touch of candied peach/peach in syrup and small notes of spices. The palate is fruity, gourmand, well-balanced and offers some freshness, an acid / citrus frame and a good elegance. In mouth this Porto expresses notes of dates, figs, candied orange, candied lemon, candied mandarin and slight notes of peach in syrup associated with discreet notes of roasted pineapple, a touch of honey as well as slight notes of dried fruit and spices. Good length.
