The nose is fruity, elegant and gourmand. It reveals notes of fresh fruit, minerality, citrus and lemon associated with touches of yuzu as well as slight notes of pineapple, pear and a discreet touch of almond. The palate is fruity, fat, fine, elegant, ample, fresh, round and voluminous. The effervescence is very elegant, fine and relatively creamy. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of candied lemon and slight notes of zest associated with small notes of pineapple, quenette, lemon as well as touches of pear, mandarin and a slight hint of grapefruit. Good length.
