The nose is fruity, relatively fine and relatively gourmand. It reveals notes of black fruit candy, cassis and flowers (lilac, violet) associated with notes of blackberry, red fruits, licorice and slight notes of Ceylon tea. The mouth is fat, harmonious, quite concentrated, relatively fat, quite powerful and offers a certain minerality as well as a nice silky matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, cherry and plum associated with touches of cherry in kirsch, red fruits, cassis, notes of chocolate as well as slight notes of wood and vanilla. Tannins are fine, powerful and dry. Good length and persistence.
