The nose is fruity, gourmand and quite elegant. It reveals notes of quince, ripe lemon associated with a few notes of beeswax, slight touches of papaya, peach and a discreet note of lime. The palate is fruity, mineral, fresh, balanced and offers an unctuous matter and tension. The attack is slightly “perlante” and lively. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of vine peach, pear, apple and slight notes of citrus (lemon, a touch of orange) associated with small notes of Granny Smith apple. Good length and persistence.
