The nose is fruity, full, aromatic and precise. It reveals notes of quince, apple, citrus zest and pineapple. The palate is fruity, mineral, fat and offers tension as well as a silky and slightly unctuous. The palate is slightly “perlant” on the attack. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of white fruit (brugnon, pear), zest of lemon and pineapple combined with a touch of lime, Granny Smith apple and tangerine. Good length and persistence (with notes of citrus and crunchy apple).
