The nose is fruity and elegant. It reveals notes of white fruit combined with touches of yellow fruits, flowers, citrus and a touch of sweet spices, ginger as well as a slight / discreet note of black pepper and saffron. The palate is fruity, straight, fat, ample, quite elegant and offers an acid frame, minerality and juicy fruits. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of white fruit combined with touches of white peach, notes of citrus in the background (tangerine, lemon …), slight notes of fresh pineapple as well as slight toasted notes and vanilla. Good length. A well conducted wine.
