The nose is fresh, full and relatively fine. It reveals notes of fruit, pear and peach combined with a touch of apricot, discreet notes of flowers, orange and slight notes of sweet spices. The palate is fruity, straight, relatively rich, relatively gourmand and offers a certain elegance and a silky matter. The effervescence is fine and relatively abundant. In the mouth this Crémant expresses notes of vine peach, quince and slight notes of honey associated with fine notes of dried fruit and a touch of caramelized apple (in the background). Good length.
