(68% Semillon and 32% Sauvignon) The nose is aromatic, elegant, incisive and quite aerial. It reveals notes of lime zest, grapefruit zest, exotic fruit and pineapple combined with notes of honey as well as touches of almond and cardamom. The palate is fresh, relatively mineral, elegant, well balanced, quite gourmand and offers a beautiful acid frame and tension. A wine made in an aerial style. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied citrus (orange, lemon, a touch of clementine), exotic fruits (especially pineapple), honey and white fruits (apple, nectarine) associated with a touch of lime (in background) and fine toasted / roasted notes on the finish. Good length. A “gourmand” sweet wine!
