The palate is fruity, fat, fresh, dynamic, mineral and offers a certain tension. In the mouth it expresses notes of citrus (orange, lemon, a touch of clementine) associated with a few notes of peach as well as touches of apricot, exotic fruits and fine toasted notes on the finish. The finish is suave.
