The nose is fruity and offers a fine grain, a fine tension as well as a small power and a fine concentration. It reveals notes of wild cassis, quite ripe strawberry and small notes of ripe/fleshy violet plum associated with fine touches of violet, tonka bean as well as discreet hints of pepper and a very discreet hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers freshness, a certain small density/richness as well as a juicy/mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/crushed cassis, raspberry and small notes of crushed plum associated with touches of violet, small fresh/juicy fruits as well as hints of Cuben pepper and sweet spices (in the background). A very discreet firmness in the finish/persistence.
