Domaine Entras – Vieille Réserve – Armagnac Ténareze

The nose is aromatic, elegant, full and offers generosity, suavity, elegance and a beautifully fine grain. It reveals notes of ripe quince, dry yellow plum and small notes of ripe citrus associated with fine hints of flowers (violet, white flowers), very discreet hints of dry almond, dry orange zests as well as a hint of cake, spices and gray pepper. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers suavity, freshness, a mineral frame, a fine as well as very slightly tight grain. On the palate this Armagnac expresses notes of juicy quince, juicy/ripe orange and small notes of crushed Mirabelle plum associated with a very fine hint of juicy/ripe apple, cakes and bee wax as well as very discreet hints of gray pepper/spices. Good length with a very discreet hint of torrefaction on the caudalie number 3. Good persistence on the palate with more than 6 caudalies.
