Below fine all restaurants we recommend for the quality of their wines list
Where to eat in Veneto and Alto Adige? The flavours of Venetian cuisine are varied and delicate, very often based on rice, polenta, often with cod or beans. Among the typical dishes, we find sardines saor, bigoli, casunzei, tortellini of Valeggio.
Very famous and appreciated, the cuisine of High Adige (South Tyrol) is influenced by the products and recipes of its neighbouring regions, such as Pretzel, Sauerkraut, Würstel, Strudel and Spätzle. Typical products include speck and apples. Meat from the nearby Alpine farms is a must!
In short, as you will see, these are regions where one eats very well! So we have chosen to propose you some local restaurants to enjoy it at best.
These restaurants have all been tested and selected by us. You will discover for example Il Convivio Trattoria, Aqua Crua or St. Hubertus…etc.

Why this map?
We are a team of wine lovers which also means epicureans. During our various trips to the vineyards of the world, we had the opportunity to lunch or dine at the tables of outstanding chefs. We, therefore, wanted to highlight those who offer remarkable cuisine but who have also taken the step of creating a “genuine” wine list.
Restaurant owners, if you wish to highlight the fact that you have been “selected”, do not hesitate to contact us by email (contact@vertdevin.com) to receive your “badge” to place on your shop window.
