Emilia-Romagna is one of the richest Italian regions in terms of recipes and typical products. It offers countless recipes based on cheeses, piadina (a hybrid between crêpe and pizza dough) but also fresh egg pasta stuffed (tagliatelle, lasagna, tortelli, cappellacci, Strozzapretti, passatelli and anolini) topped with juicy and tasty meat broth and sauces. Pork is very common and often used in piadinas, one of the great local specialties. Let’s not forget to mention the mortadella of Bologna and the famous Parma ham.
In short, as you may have guessed, this is a region where food is rich, diverse and tasty!

We have therefore chosen to suggest a few local restaurants to make the most of it.

Why this map?

We are a team of wine lovers which also means epicureans. During our various trips to the vineyards of the world, we had the opportunity to lunch or dine at the tables of outstanding chefs. We, therefore, wanted to highlight those who offer remarkable cuisine but who have also taken the step of creating a “genuine” wine list.
