This oil has a golden color of medium intensity. It is very aromatic and straightforward on the nose and expresses aromas of green olive, green vegetables (fresh zucchini, red tomato), a touch of pan-fried vegetables (sautéed zucchini), roasted tomato, dried bay leaves and artichoke in the background. On the palate, the oil has sweet and delicate flavors, more roasted and fried vegetables (roasted eggplant, fried zucchini), roasted tomato, a hint of fresh hazelnut and ripe olive. Medium persistence on the palate, silky, without bitterness.
