(year olearia : 2023-2024. Variétés : Razzalo, Leccino, Moraiolo) Golden yellow color, quite dense, bright, deep, with greenish reflections. The nose is ample, quite aromatic, but very fine, which combines vegetal notes and a delicate herbaceous hint in the background. The aromas of tomatoes (yellow pineapple tomato, green zebra tomato) appear first, which become sweeter (ripe beefsteak tomato), associated with a hint of fresh hazelnut, crushed green olive and aromatic herbs (bay berries) and vegetables (marinated/ roasted artichoke). The texture is dense, round, enveloping. The palate is elegant, delicate, nicely round and offers a beautiful substance. The flavors are sweet, with little bitterness and a side of roasted vegetables (roasted eggplant), as well as crushed yellow tomatoes, olive leaves and bay leaf. Some notes of tomato leaf, savory, crushed green olive as well as discreet vegetal hints. Quite long in the mouth, with a delicate bitterness of eggplant and warm sap that persists. Roundness, little acidity. Power, delicacy, complexity and a nice coating character.
