The palate is intense, complex and rich in flavors. The attack expresses expressive toasted and roasted notes, with a good bitterness of roasted garlic and smokiness of black garlic. There is also a delicate sweetness of cherry tomatoes, dried tomatoes in oil and aromatic herbs, marinated eggplant and roasted zucchini with herbs. Very long in the mouth, on the expressive flavors of garlic roasted in oil, with its good bitterness, black garlic with its touch of sweetness, as well as toasted hazelnut which appears on the finish. The texture is dense and rich, but pleasant.
