Olive oils tasting
As any wine and spirits lover, we are passionate about gastronomy and all the products that it includes. Among these, the olive oil looks like the wine in many ways including the tasting experience! This liquid gold is, just like wine, one of the oldest products made my men. It can be, such as the wine, the result of a blend (of several varieties as: Carolea, Frantoio, Leccino, Peranzana, Biancolilla, Taggiasca, Aglandau, Tanche…etc) or from a single variety.
The notions of terroir, balance, freshness, bitterness, sweetness, intensity, and aromatic complexity (such as fruits, dry fruits, vegetal, etc) are also very important. These two products share many things in common. These is a true passion for us.
