The aromatic profile combines notes of ripe and fleshy vegetables (crushed beefsteak tomato, ripe green zebra tomato, vine tomato), roasted vegetables (roasted zucchini, roasted red tomato), a hint of marinated artichoke, green tapenade, fresh almond, rosemary and fresh bay leaf. An almost kumquat hint (very discreet, in the background). Beautiful finesse. The palate is deep, dense, but balanced, with a round attack and sweet flavors, which develop towards notes of dried fruit and a more present bitterness, especially on the finish. First, we feel the notes of roasted zucchini, grilled eggplant, roasted beefsteak tomato, marinated artichoke, which are complemented by hints of fresh almond, olive hint and a light touch of toasted hazelnut.
