On the nose it is fruity and offers concentration, a certain gourmandize as well as a fine richness. It reveals notes of pulpy cherry, ripe cassis and slightly red berries associated with small touches of crushed plum as well as discreet hints of rosemary and local grove. On the palate it is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, good definition, a certain gourmandize, a tangy frame as well as a fine straightness. The wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cherry, small fresh wild red berries and more slightly of fresh / ripe plum associated with touches of violet, rose as well as fine hints of spices and local grove, presence of subtle hint of tobacco and a nice bitterness on the finish / persistence.
