The nose is fresh, very elegant and offers a beautiful aromatic expression. It reveals notes of citrus (lemon, slight hint of grapefruit) and very slight hints of lemon zests/fresh yuzu associated with a subtle hint of toasted/vanilla as well as a very discreet hint of fresh stone. The palate is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, elegant and offers a beautiful fat, a beautiful expression/definition, tension, unctuosity, a beautiful acidity, a good structure as well as straightness/classy. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of lemon and slight hints of mandarin, pink grapefruit associated with a slight hint of minerality, a subtle hint of exotic fruits, a discreet hint of salinity as well as hints of vanilla, toasted oak/grilled bread. Good length. There are hints of citrus zests, ripe/sweet apple and toasted touches on the finish which bring gourmandise and suavity. There is a very discreet hint of grilled bread and grilled hazelnut on the persistence.
