Parmoleto – Carabatto 2018, Vermentino – Maremma Toscana

Parmoleto – Carabatto 2018, Vermentino – Maremma Toscana

The nose is fruity and offers a small freshness as well as a small juiciness/gourmandize. It reveals notes of ripe apple, juicy William peat and small notes of juicy citrus associated with fine touches of fruits as well as discreet hints of flowers, camomile and racy minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, very finely tight and offers fat, suavity, an acidulous frame, fullness, a small density, a small unctuosity, a small straigthness as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy nectarine, fleshy/juicy pear and small notes of juicy citrus associated with fine touches of racy minerality, camomile as well as an imperceptible hint of olive tree and toasted. Good length and beautiful persistence. Gourmandize on the persistence.
