The nose is fruity, fresh, elegant, aromatic and offers a beautiful definition, intensity, a racy minerality as well as a fine richness. It reveals notes of cassis, ripe black berries and small notes of liquorice associated with a touch of menthol, tonka bean as well as discreet hints of cocoa, a very discreet hint of blueberry (in the background) , varietal and spices. The palate is fruity, elegant, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful precision, a beautiful juiciness, a slightly acidulous frame, tension, a beautiful precision, a very beautiful finesse of the grain, a beautiful delicacy as well as a beautiful suave / silky touch. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis, ripe black berries and small notes of of blackberry associated with touches of wild strawberry, chocolate, licorice, very slight hints of jammy raspberry, vanilla, violet as well as a fine hint of blueberry and toasted. There are a discreet hint of coffee and cocoa / dark chocolate as well as a very slight hint of varietal bitterness on the persistence. A beautiful wine!
