The nose is aromatic, a bit powerful and offers a slight intensity. It reveals notes of citron, dried zests (lemon, orange) and small notes of dried kumquat, dried quince associated with slight notes of rancio, caramelization as well as a very discreet hint of violet Sichuan pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame, power, a beautiful fat, a smll roundness, a fine fleshiness as well as finesse. In the mouth this Cognac expresses notes of fleshy / compoted pear, quince, dried orange zests, dried lemon zests and slight notes of caramelized citrus, kumquat associated with small notes of caramelization, slight touches of nougatine, cigar, cocoa as well as a very discreet hint of cardamom and wood. Good length.
